Krystal Ellison started her real estate career in 2014 with her husband, Dan Ellison, as co-founder of Tribe Realty in Sacramento. Since then, it has been a whirlwind of activity while living in both Sacramento and San Diego, where they also conduct real estate business.
But Krystal doesn’t shy away from complicated or complex enterprises. With prior career experience in corporate management, which accounts for eight years running large companies in Los Angeles, Krystal values her time having managed more than 300 employees with vastly different backgrounds and personalities, often in challenging situations. Working with people is Krystal’s personal strength, mentoring young professionals and offering coaching on a regular basis.
Passionate about health and wellness, she shows the same concern for her customers’ well-being. Krystal advises eco-conscious clients on inspections, environmentally-sound practices for home repairs and improvements, and green, nontoxic materials for the home. Through her concern and attention to environmental factors, she has been able to assist several families with autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiencies to create a safer home. Families with health concerns, as well as the elderly, have become a large part of her clientele.
In addition to real estate, mentoring, and advising clients on best green practices, Krystal has studied holistic nutrition as well as culinary arts — all while traveling between two distant cities with her husband and their two young daughters, Josie and Evie.
